Tech packs your factory can sew from
Pick a garment, check the measurements, and Tech Pack Studio draws the flats, letters the measurement diagram, grades every size and lays out a clean A4 PDF for your buyer or factory.
- 42 garment types, from kurta and sherwani to jeans and blazers
- Flats are drawn from your POM table, so they change when the numbers change
- Inch or cm, fractions to 1/16, any size range
From a measurement chart to a buyer-ready PDF
The same order a technical designer works in, without redrawing anything by hand.
Choose the garment
The standard POM table for that garment loads with how-to-measure notes, tolerances and grade rules, re-based to your sample size.
Check and grade the measurements
Edit the base size and the grade per jump; the whole run fills itself. Override a single size when the buyer's chart breaks the rule, and the grade break is flagged.
Get flats and a lettered diagram
Front and back flats are drawn at true proportion from your numbers, with a measurement diagram whose letters match the table. Add your own panel lines with the pen tool.
Finish the pack and send it
BOM, construction with ISO 4915 stitch types, labels and carton assortment, fit comments. Run the audit, then save the A4 PDF.
Everything a sample room asks for
Each page of the pack is a page a factory actually uses.
Graded POM table
Base size plus grade per jump, per-size overrides, ± tolerance, fractions to 1/16 or cm to 0.1. Export the run to CSV for Excel.
Flats drawn from measurements
Collars, plackets, pockets, cuffs, yokes, darts, pleats, rib bands and vents. Vector SVG at 1 inch per unit for Illustrator or Inkscape.
Measurement diagram with key
Front and back views, lettered dimension lines and a key with sample-size values, on its own PDF page.
BOM with consumption
Fabric, trims, labels and packing pre-listed for each garment, with optional rates so costing starts from the same sheet.
Construction sequence
Operations in order with stitch type, SPI, seam allowance and machine, ready for line planning.
Labels, packing and fit
Label positions, folding, polybag, carton ratio. Enter sample actuals and anything outside tolerance turns red.
Team workspace
Owner, admin, editor and viewer roles. Merchandisers edit, buyers or QA can view, and every change is logged.
Saved to your company account
Styles sync to the cloud and stay on your device for offline work. If two people edit one style, you choose which version to keep.
